I was fearful the past few weeks that dilution is what was holding this in the .03's. It seemed as if it were trying to climb several times only to get dumped on in the .036-.042 range. I would hope if they were going to sell shares they would at least try to inflate the price. We are SOL if they are diluting in the .02's and below. It would take some very heavy hitting news to recover from that.
