You're right I did say there is no death spiral......you said there was a death spiral and that DOESN'T make it fact,its your OPINION and only opinion so to say I or the company is lying is again OPINION.
A death spiral is only a death spiral if the shares are being sold off while the share price is dropping. If the shares get sold off while the price is going up its not death spiral but quite the opposite. Again if the financing were toxic the note would have been converted and the shares sold off as soon as the note came due, it wasn't. That alone tells me the financiers have good intentions and can see the company has unlimited potential and are waiting for the company to succeed before slowly selling off their shares. The financiers obviously saw the potential in thw company, that's why the invested in the first place. Again if their intentions were to create toxic financing they would be long gone and the share price way down in the sub penny range, its not. Bottom line is there is NO DEATH SPIRAL. Is it possible that could happen,yes but is not probable.
