I think it unlikely that the AS changed in the last quarter...


but it most certainly did year over year..... so the box he checked on the late filing declaring that nothing material occurred y/y was not thought through and is not accurate.

just using the past track record

the O/S increases approx40/50% per Q

and that can be verified going back 2.75 years

summer of 2010 the OS was 6 million after a 30/1 RS

so this reporting K will show a 2 billion OS I suspect moving to 3 billion by the summer

so by the eoy

the entire A/S will be used up IMO
