IMHO, there is absolutely nothing startling by way of recent prs' to justify the current increase of the pps. However, as the old saying goes, "don't look a gift horse in the mouth." LOL! Whether this upward trend has any legs going into next week is anybody's guess. As a long term bagholder of this stock, I am always pleased to see any upward movement, for whatever reason, although you will note from my posting history I always try to be fundamentally realistic about this investment rather than engage in the frivolous and emotional pumping and cheering that sems to excite most others on this board.
The dilution issue is extremely serious. If management continues to issue new shares at the current rate, we could see more than 1 billion o/s sometime in 2006, at which time the company will be required to implement a second r/s in order to maintain its continual reliance on toxic financing to keep the doors open. I certainly hope there will be a miracle which will avoid all this, but I do not see anything encouraging at the present time.
