You have to play by the rules of the schoolyard until you graduate my friend. Thsts the way it works. How will the continue to finance operations if no one will buy there stock! This is were they are the otc! When they grow up they can play in the big boy pool but now it is what it is.
That's a complete crock of crap sorry CLAK...he was more than willing to play in the otc world all the while there were several joe retail players buying up his stock fueling liquidity creating the very conditions necessary for him to secure discount share funding.
So don't ever kid yourself...if anyone lets this james boyd off the hook and tells him "hey it's ok to ignore your market and juz focus on growing your biz" the liquidity will dry up here, the share price will erode down and none of his supposed big growth dreams months out will ever come to fruition because without a strong liquid market, excited shareholder base and interest/anticipation this stock is nothing and the same exact thing can be said about all penny stocks in the ultra-competitive penny casino!
When I hear any penny ceo talk about only wanting to please long term "investors" who will hold for months to see big visions come to fruition...I instantly smell bs because that tells me they're looking for an easy way out from doing ALL it takes to constantly fuel interest/liquidity in their stock!!!
Basically it all comes down to these penny CEO's constantly doing all they can to support their core shareholders ALL the time...not just when they're seeking discount share funders who are always attracted to liquid stocks!
