- 754 million shares in the O/S, 739 million of it in the float, is not minimal or moderate dilution regardless of how much of it was minimal or moderate in the last 4 months.
- Quarterly in 5 days? Maybe, maybe not. Could file for extension there as well.
- No phony PR's or promotions? Maybe so, but the company has put out more than 20 supposedly positive PR's in the last 12 months, not including filings and other notifications, and over the past 12 months the stock price has consistently gone down not up when PR's are released.
- Huge jump when/if merger announced? Depends on what kind of "merger" it is. Most likely scenarios are either it will cost them a couple of hundred million shares in more dilution to complete any merger/partnership/acquisition, or a fifth Reverse Split to, as the company itself says in past reverse splits, make the company "more attractive to a merger/acquisition candidate." Merger's and acquisitions always sound nice, but on the pink sheets, the devil is in the details.
- Lack of interest "normal" at this stage? With everything allegedly happening with the company, all these great things they are supposedly on the verge of completing, why would "lack of interest" be normal, and the share price so dismal at .0038?
- Remember the constant refrain last year when the stock was trading at .015 to .02 of "follow the insiders?" Anyone who followed the insiders last year, saw 90% of their investment disappear over the last 12 months. That was probably the single worst piece of advice given to stay with the stock. That and the proclamation that the stock "would never fall below .015 again, so you better get in before the next PR or you will be chasing the stock up from .25 to $1.00 in six months to a year."
Six months to a year have come and gone. The stock is trading at .0038. The share structure has almost doubled. (a year ago - 500 ml A/S 400 ml O/S now - 950 ml A/S 754 ml O/S.)
