The problem is,, Val has not broken any laws! An investor can't cry in his soup just because his or her pick did not sky rocket. Val has had disclaimers on all his PRs. Why lose even more $$$ in the courts when everything here has been legal? The lesson here is, DO NOT throw much into these stinkers. The stat of 98% being scams is real.
If I told you there was a house for sale at 10,000 in a bad part of town BUT there would be a 2% chance of rezoning so that 10,000 could turn into 100,000 would you buy that property. I hope the answer is no LOL.
