This guy is up to something or maybe mad by flipping too many time and lost shares. Everything is in SEC filing. We all know the risk and reward when we play penny. Constantly reminding us is annoying. Why not go back 1000s mesgs to find all answers? Oh, provide info and advise newbies the risk? Give me a break. If a newbie does not want to waste time to go back 1000s mesge here, he should never play penny stocks.

MODs should put him into a confined space. Why I am not happy? Because I have to go back pages to cross over his garbages to find good info. IT WASTES MY TIME TOO. Please andy, go to RB board since I never look at it.

I hadn't thought about the "hostile takeover" end of raising the OS to 4B.

I'm slowely trudging through the 100's of posts, but could you enlighten me on this???

Those of us who have been here a long time know why the authorized shares were upped - it's in the SEC filings.
