obsolutely not. It makes me weary when CEOs spend a lot of time trying to convince investors to invest in their companies. Many times its because they need investors to buy their shares. CEOs should be busy working on business and if they work consists of convincing penny investors to buy their stock its a major red flag. How many companies with real business do you know that have their CEOs talking to investors on individual basis? Thats what IR is for.
