I read it...Do you not understand what it means?
Its going to give you the breakdown of TMM.. There are 4 subsidiaries within TMM....NTI, QTN, ?, ? - I dont recall the other 2 .. But the audit should reflect assets and perrcentages of all 4.. Its not a question of what % of QTN we own.
Its a question of how much debt does TMM have in releation to QTN..
meaning..
If QTN starts to make a profit..
ex. 1million/ - 1syt year
but the 3 other subsidiaries have losses equaling 1M for that year.
As far as TMM is concerned QBID shareholders have a breakeven year.....etc., etc....
thats why it is important to have quarterly audits and become reporting so we always know how much money TMM is making or losing..
