lol..he basically told me what I already knew. No fiscal/financial accountability. No SEC filings. Pink Sheets, blah blah..

I told him NOTHING AT ALL. Just gave him the QBID ticker and said 'let me know what you think' ..just let him do what he does.

sad part is..he said if it ever came to Seattle, he'd subscribe. Just not invest. He's a VERY 'by the book' kinda guy..I had to prod him pretty hard to put some of my money in higher-risk 'small cap' funds...(and, at that, he only did 26%...)..but, I've done will with it..
