What was NHSH's end of the deal they don't even specify!!! Mike was majority shareholder and was in charge of NHSH so whatever was not held up was on MIKEY KENDRICK!!!

WHAT?? really, do you have the doc where it was signed by all those in charge that is was a loan? I do. so no MS ran away as they have many times.
