A letter of acceptance was not sent by NHSH and the certs they sent were unsigned and with no stock power. If I sent you a cert unsigned and no stock power you could not do anything with it... You would like to think your divorced but that is not the case...

" I DIVORCE THEE" 3 times, signed the back of
the Marriage license, and sent it to my EX..
