You hit on something for sure. If Eric knew all this illegal activity by Fotis and knew he couldn't file anything because of illegal activity, and yet tell the shareholders all was fine and he had contacted the SEC and knew what had to be done and a Edgar filing was forthcoming borderlines fraud to me. Either you are lying about the Fotis situation being the problem, or about making contact with the SEC and the Edgar filing would be released. Somewhere Eric had to be lying.

According to the post Eric and Fred knew Fotis was being investigated yet they still ran their mouths about the Audit and Edgar filings....it is a good premise but something still doesn't add up....just another way to lead on shareholders that everything is fine in spite all the glaring issues??
If the theory is true and Eric and Fred continued to promise in light of the investigation....it is just more evidence that they are just plain DUMB and don't know how to manage a company.
