Says that nhsh has a subsidiary named Mineseeker Operations Overseas Limited ("Mineseeker") and MK is quoted in that April 18, 2012 PR.

MK had been ceo of nhsh for almost 7 months by then.

Of course I read the PR, particularly where it stated that Lectric would be spun off prior to closing Cash Seeker.

Since it didn't happen, a plausible assumption is that Lectric is staying put.

Either that or Donny Rex forgot to spin it off, like he forgot to file the K's and Q's for Amtronics, for 7 years.
