Well, I wouldn't swear to the Q deal either way, but, I am absolutely positive that the SHAREHOLDERS of Q fulfilled their part, and then some. They gave more than enough to fund mineseeker.
No matter how the deal was structured originally, though, Mike K. purposefully tried to save himself from having to pay taxes, and as the head of mineseeker, willfully put his own head in the noose, as far as obligating mineseeker to Q, after the fact. No one forced him into that, it was his desire to evade taxes that accomplished that fact. Then, for N and centa, it was his plot of fraud and deception that later made his obligation with N impossible to fulfill, in his eyes.
IMO it is totally on him. He knew the ins and out of all the wheeling and dealing with all the shells and shares........I hope he does manage a big contract, because there are a lot of people who will get a part of their due, back.....and without it, there is no way.
However, winning does NOT fix everything.
Look at Cypress, the banks and IMF "winning" may help very short term, but has the potential of destroying everything.
