Start over? Does he want yet another delusional failure?
He has gone nowhere in 20 years except downhill with all of his false promises and flat out LIES.
What would he do different this time and why?
At his age, senility is probably settling in and his dreams are just that.....dreams...
After his stint with Dennis McLaughlin and his eviction for failure to pay rent along with blaming message boards for his company failures my trust in Howard is FAR LESS than ZERO......

BTW that IS the business model of McLaughlin......maybe he ISN'T gone after all....
