Just not true...

GZFX fell slowly while being diluted and selling stopped they made massive runs over rather short periods of time

You're making it sound like the run was caused by supposed dilution ending. We all know the run was caused by the CC deal.

Seems like GZFXs last SB2 got eaten up and its moving along nicely now.

By "eaten up" do you mean done and over with? If so, we don't know that. I personally think only a relative small portion of the SB2 has been used. Remember, as soon as the GG deal got the green light, $1.35M was dropped into GZ's bank account. I'm sure that could last them a bit. Oh, and there was NO DILUTION with these initial funds!

But authorized did get raised and they wouldn't raise it unless they needed shares to sell.

Okay, for the third time, they raised it due to an SEC requirement for the SB2, not because they "needed shares to sell".

andy420,

You are clueless and I won't do your dd for you.

What you need to do is to get some education on how to read sec filings and also to find out what is the difference between authorized shares and outstanding shares.

Do you really think that a company after making a deal with the second largest electronic company in the usa would flood the market with shares when the insiders own a large position of the stock.

Andy420, you are either inexperienced of how the financial part of investments are carried out or just here to bash.

I think that you are here because you thought the pps would fall back to below the penny and you are pissed so you will try to put doubt in the minds of the weak holders so they would sell.

It seems like all the bashers on the many message boards dealing with gzfx have the same montra of the billions of shares of stock that thay say is being sold into the market which is just false and nonsense.

Hyperbole: Largely synonymous with exaggeration and overstatement, is a figure of speech in which statements are exaggerated or extravagant. It may be used due to strong feelings or is used to create a strong impression and is not meant to be taken literally.

andy, Your experience in the market has made you very wary, and the concerns you have regarding GZFX are well founded, based on that past experience. I do think if you do a little more DD you will have most of those concerns answered, and once having done that DD you will "get up to speed" with the investors on this board who have done the necessary DD and answered these exact issues you keep bringing up.
I suggest you contact JF himself. He is receptive to phone calls if you have your questions organized and brief. He is very straight to the point and will respond sincerely:
