RFPs aren't sent to companies that don't or can't provide the services requested. Given that there is no known evidence of any Internet service whatsoever being provided by MediaG3 despite years of claiming in PRs to provide them, Paul has stated he is willing to give Val an RFP when meeting with him at a place where he can substantiate the existence of the company and its service offerings. This is more than reasonable.

This is Val's opportunity to finally do a third party verification of MediaG3's Internet services!

MDGC desperately needs revenue. Why would you not want Val to submit a competitive proposal and bid?
