Being a young company and having to dilute its just a lame excuse. Before I started day trading I used to do tons of DD and tried picking out small companies on the verge of becoming real businesses. Been awhile since I took this appraoch to trading so you might want to pull up a 5 year chart on some of my favorites, MED, INB, RATE, TVIN.
All those copmanies were young and went from cents to $15, $20 whatever(to be honest never held any of them even 1/2 their highs). Out of the 4 only TVIN had some dilution issues and not surprisingly it was the only one that took awhile to get up there and it didn't get as high as the others. Another interesting thing to note is a few losers I had that seemed to be the real deal but never made it... had DILUTION ISSUES.
GZFX had dilution issues and thats why it dropped .17 to .002. Not young and having ways to go, just taking the easy path at the expense of investors. Now they upped the shares to 4B... What do you think will happen over time with those shares? Think investors on OTC will have enough $ to sustain billions of shares at higher prices? Show me 1 example of such stock going to .25? Forget .25, how about .10?
