Great post John.

I think the #1 issue is service. Period. People order their games and movies and they want them as quickly as possible. A refresh saves us quite a bit of money.....and I'm ok with it....as long as we concentrate on service. Service to me includes having enough inventory to satisfy the masses......and shipping in a better than timely manner. If you have that.......they will come
