it couldn't hurt if they really wanted to show some sort of confidence to the shareholders? maybe a million share buyback? anyhow, you seem well versed with the company so i have a question sir. is it not a requirement for an NYSE company to have a transfer agent? any idea who they are and if it's required and if it is and they don't, why?
