you're oblivious to the point if you are hanging on to manipulation as an argument. All stocks in the .00 to .000 range are manipulated if they are being promo'd. It's not that they are being manipulated, it's that ignorant people are being deceived by those who begin the promo and then manipulate the pps to suck money out of the herd. The message boards are used to accomplish that by those who start the pump.
