I agree. One of those important things is pursuing revenue-producing business for the company (assuming it actually does provide Internet access services). Paul has such an opportunity and Val has inquired about it.
This is the perfect opportunity for verification of Val's claims. Why would he not follow through? The only valid reason is that there is no Internet service being provided.
If I were a shareholder who believed there really was a service being provided and Val didn't follow-up with Paul to show him what MediaG3 provides, I would be extremely unhappy and demand to know why.
I suspect that you are expecting him not to follow through with Paul. I also suspect that most shareholders know they've been scammed but don't want to take the loss out of hope that it can be pumped up again. Additionally, the stock is so illiquid that a large position can't be sold without tanking the price.
How long can Val go on claiming that this super-duper high-speed wireless broadband service is being provided without even minimal evidence to prove it's true?
