LJ think you have the real estate thing right! Been there before in 89',was dumb enough to listen to that "THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT THING" you know! And did find the bottom, it was the basement without stairs sort of thing' and it took me along time to crawl out of that hole! Always seem to learn the hard way! If it goes like i think this time you might be able to go back a buy the same place plus the one next door!for same or less in a couple years! On topic, another drill hole would be just icing on the cake!
