we've seen the conversions and the dumping right at 6 months here. it would be too risky for debt holders to convert if they couldn't sell right away. if they convert now but can't sell for 2 months they could lose their asses. nobody would loan money under those conditions. debt holders have no idea what the pps will be 2 months after converting.
