Also after Kendrick got burned by NHSH and QASP... I KNOW he did extensive DD and took major steps to make sure SNTL was not a crappy worthless shell like NSHS and QASP was

After Kendrick left QASP and announced that he was going to NHSH. He personally assured me that he had done proper DD and that he was sure that NHSH was the place to be.

So, I invested in his scheme again. Only to get burned again. Largely because he didn't do the proper research and DD.

I think two failures is enough.

We have a clean shell here. As stockholders, we should want to merge with a clean company that doesn't have the failures behind it like Kendrick has.
