The deal is closing on Friday per the PR from our CEO.

I have no idea how we can trust that this deal will be more iron clad than the deals with QASP and NHSH were.

As common shareholders, we don't have much of a voice in these things. Only trust, and I've found that trust isn't worth much down here.

There was no specifics and mineseeker benefitted millions of dollars from private placements using nhsh shares as collateral. Are the people that gave Mike Kendrick money now supposed to write it off. The money was real enough for mike to take representing himself as mineseeker through NHSH. I have recorded convos that most have by now of Mike admitting that and also emails to shareholders from Mike supporting that. Mike's motto was "I will gladly accept cash today for NHSH shares in the future!"... Then Mike sends the certs back without signing them or no stock power??? He owes Ed Cross 20million shares he does not have the right to return his(its like me sending you a unsigned check). He also owes Ed Cross thousands make a settlement agreement with him and then fails to pay... Mike will be in court for the rest of his life...
