Yes, that is a very reasonable goal. If it could move like that over the next few years, this would be a solid investment.

If it could just find a higher base I'd be happy - but runs up near 100% and drops down to new lows each time, settling lower and lower while company grows and accomplishes so much is to say the least "bothersome"

This should be sitting around 10¢ already not 4¢
