I think a good question is. How much is this going to cost the shareholders of SNTL?

How much money does Kendrick need from the investors to make this happen? And how is that money going to be raised?

Will it take 2 million, 4 million, 10 million dollars? And will it take 1 billion, 2 billion, 4 billion shares to be sold to raise these funds?

These are questions that I hope will be answered before the deal closes on Friday.

I think investors need to know what this is going to cost to get Seeker Technologies to the point that it can actually create enough money to support itself and make a return for investors.

I don't think that was talked about when Kendrick was associated with QASP or NHSH.

I like how you said that... The technology license has expired last summer for mineseeker from what I understand(since I made some of the payments myself). Mike in all that time could not land a contract and now anyone who has the means can use this technology. We had an edge on the market for non military use and now its gone because of failures on Mike Kendricks part to get a single contract going...

No they don't. What they have claimed as their own technology belongs to Mirage Systems. They have rented it out in the past and attempted to fit it onto various aerial platforms, but have had no success in demonstrating a viable system to this date.
