being careful with this one, but here goes , if this were an executed sale between two parties as you mentioned , it would touch or be on the fringes of insider trading and/or other possibilities , so as for this being possible, it would seem unlikely as to how you worded your post ,....... so maybe i took your post out of context and am only asking for some clarity on this as a possibily????
