I don't actually think bavi fits into the T-cell modulating or checkpoint inhibiting class. I was speaking more broadly about how PPHM bulls seem to refer to bavi as an immunotherapeutic agent, and try very hard to lump it in with others such as the PD-1s, etc. I agree that bavi should not be lumped in, and I know you do too.

Essentially, what I was trying to say is that I think it's maybe a bit misleading or at least not entirely correct to say that "armed MAbs are the way to go". They are certainly one way to go, but not to the exclusion of other ways, such as T-cell modulation/checkpoint inhibition. I know you didn't explicitly state this in your post, but to me it came across as being implied. Apologies for confusing the issue by talking about bavi - should have been more clear that I don't think bavi is legitimate at all, in terms of immunotherapy or otherwise - was just trying to use it as a bridge to talk about legitimate immunotherapy approaches.
