In 1997, Mr. Abrahams joined Finova Capital Corporation’s newly formed Healthcare Finance Group. Mr. Abrahams was later promoted to Group Head and managed the $1.2 billion healthcare portfolio. The group was later purchased by Berkadia, LLC, a joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National Corporation. Mr. Abrahams continued to successfully manage the division on their behalf.
