Once again, your opinions and insinuations are putting words in their mouths. They stated publically that they were going through an audit. They also "anticipated" the audit to be complete at the end of November.
"The Company is continuing to work with their auditors and anticipates that the Company will be able to file their Form 10-K on or around November 30, 2012."
Definition of Anticipates: 1.Regard as probable; expect or predict. 2.Guess or be aware of (what will happen) and take action in order to be prepared.
Now...once the audit didn't come out on the anticipated time, some actual investors decided to contact the company. They posted their DD, but you've chosen to believe otherwise. Either way, they never lied. Please refer to the definition of anticipates.
You still haven't addressed the fact that they are now more legitimate than last week by virtually all comforming standards. While the financial audit is yet to be complete, they still went through an ISO audit and have validity to their company and products.
