There is NO need to again debate the agreement - it has been shown again and again.
It is a deliberate distraction to go over that ground again.

Actually, this process is approved in Newfoundland where companies prospectors can lay claim without paying a deposit. The katx financials state exactly who really owns those claims. You can deny it all you want, but those claims and anything found on them belong to katx.

If they were not identified in the katx financials you would be absolutely correct.
