As far as I know they attended the imaps southeastern packaging conference for microelectronics on feb 28th. May have signed a contract but nothing to do in pharma. Not sure though unless a pr comes out we wouldnt know.
not this year. There was a Microelectronics Packaging Conference in late Feb, but that isn't packaging in the sense of the word, has to do with building complex electronic circuitry into very small (nano) microchips.
