I'm thinking that it will occur either in April as you said or until mid May. The last 10-K that came out wasn't till May 20th of 2010.

I don't believe BFAR will need to file an extension at this point. In being in line with the way they operate, I think it may be as late as mid May, but I could be wrong and they may file earlier

Truth15, BFAR certainly knows without a shadow of a doubt that this stock will take off once the 10-K's are released. They know the importance of all this!!!

No the only question is, are they completely completed and when are they going to release them?
