The difference between the two numbers is the number of shares Kennay can issue and dump without telling anybody before he raises the AS again.

For all we know, he's the one smacking the bid with freshly-minted shares as we speak. He's done it plenty of times before. That bid has been very, very good to ol' Kennay the Diluter.

Simple, in the pinkies Ken can issue the remaining 1.4 billion shares in the AS and it may take a year or more before a shareholder might find out about the increase in OS. So to mention OS and not the AS, you do not get a clear picture of possible diluiton that is or could take place....DAH
