Read the financials and I'm not happy... The Going Concern section is scary, and am officially off this stock. I would've waited for the dividend but knowing what I know now, they will likely issues shares to current shareholders... which is ok... except that they will likely dilute at the same time... which makes it pointless... and What is there to look for after the dividend?? DOOM & GLOOM!! In the financials they state that they haven't found anyone interested in their product and one of the concerns is that they will have to close up shop. They specifically mention at Investors expense potentially losing money...
Its all there....
