No he did not write it. Go to the Courts of Washington State. It is all true. Also google his name and that of Scott Steciw as well as the companies that he has run. It is all there. This guy is a fraud, a thief, a crook, a gangster who has even threatened people who have come to see him about getting paid. He is a drunk and who knows what else he engages in.
Sorry but history has a history of repeating itself. I sold BCCI, took my profits and glad I did. I read the NASDAQ qualifications and BCCI could barely make the OTC.
