IMO retail just doesn't own that many shares...even if we had 500 Million that's only about 7% of the AS and undetermined amount of the Float. Regardless though of who owns what, this stock's liquidity is locked down at the moment...and IMO there is a company reason and purpose for it.
Fidelity is still restricting purchasing anymore BFHJ shares.
Financials, restructuring, followed by uplisting....
