The way dilution is brought up again and again over four years the OS must be at least 5 billion - NO
well at least 3 billion - NO. Well then without a doubt 2 billion - NO

But they must have done a bunch of RS's reverse splits maybe one every year - NO
Well they at least did one within the last year - NO, two years - NO

Well then they must have one in the works right now - NO

ShareHolders and experienced investors understand mineral exploration companies use stock to finance exploration/ claims held/ and overhead. Take and compare Kat Explorations costs to almost any company in exploration and you will be impressed indeed.

It appears to me that the now completed Spin-off tied up financial resources with years of legal fee's.

I as a shareHolder expect many good things from KATX this year!!!!!!!!
