Ya that is pretty much what we have seen of late eh. New base in the low $.80s BUT a NEW Higher CHannel nonetheless. We had a FIRM Ceiling of .80 that has been BREACHED, and that bodes well for a breakout at some point. WE do need increased liquidity for those on the fence to take this back to $2
