Thanks for the DD I haven't found much around. A default status in Nevada of all states (that's pretty hard to do they require Very little). And I also see a few changes in registered agent and even one who reigned as their agent. Yeah we're definitely dealing with a scumbag here (who holds all of the officer positions). Still might go up, probably will.

I sold today and got a small profit while I could. Don't think I should have, but will use the $ for a stock that is moving....
