I don't think anyone has, or is proposing to buy or sell the exercise's contents. I took it to be a study. I can't remember all the details from college days, but there are different parameters for statistical studies that account for the outliers from the mean in different ways. A certain suspect performer was mentioned (GLTC), which has obvious issues and probable short term manipulation. There are ways to minimize that kind of variable (high and low) in studies that are accepted statistically, was my point.
