Those filings are nothing new. Show me something from 2013 or even late 2012.

You're talking about filings from 1Q2012 as if they're something new. People aren't stupid.

HFBG remains dead. No business activity in all of 2012. And nothing in 2013 so far.

My problem with the filings is that they are over a year old. And no more comments from AJ is a problem. If something were pending we should have heard something from him by now. At least some type of update.
