Hey truth, I am glad to see someone on this board that looks carefully at posts and does some research.
Well, here is some work for you if you are willing to take the time to do the research. I am quoting below the statement made by Biopharm on their Feb 2011 filing. This statement only indicated what they were planning to do but since all this was never done you don't know what really happened! Since that 8-k the company has failed to file anything audited by ANY ACCOUNTING FIRM.tO ME THIS INDICATES THAT THINGS DID NOT WORK OUT WELL. Bio has failed to provide anything that is truthful on any of their PRs.
Now what I would suggest for you is to find out if Acquarella LLP has any legal responsibility to to publish public information indicating that IT has terminated the engagement announced by Biopharm on their 8K of February 2011. Is it required by the SEC that an auditing firm provide public information concerning the status of a client. Can the SEC, for the protection of shareholders be asked by shareholders to demand from Aquarella that they file with the SEC a statement that confirms the validity of the 8K filing? Should Aquarella publish information with the SEC to indicate that there is no longer any relationship with Biopharm?
I think you should take the time to investigate this issue so that we can all get the truth. I think the best way would be to send a letter to Aquarella and a copy to the SEC to demand that the auditors issue a statement.
As previously reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 14, 2011, we have engaged Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster, Berkower & Co. LLP (the “New Accountant”) to audit our financial statements to be included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 (the “2010 Form 10-K”), which will include our financial statements as at December 31, 2009 and 2010 and the years then ended, and the audit report of the New Accountant thereon. Following the filing of the 2010 Form 10-K and after the inclusion therein of the audit report of the New Accountant on our financial statements as at and for the year ended December 31, 2009, we will file a further amendment to our 2009 Form 10-K to include the audit report of the New Accountant on our financial statements as at and for the year ended December 31, 2009.
Truth15, well no 10-K after all for the month of March. If they were to release the 10-K for 2012, it would have been today. Looks like it will either be in April or May than. Your thoughts Truth15?
