I have no clue, I've contacted multiple investors that have visited other pilot stores and have been very upset with their instore knowledge of the product. Because of this I have talked it over with my Store Director and tried to email the "sugguestion box" in DPS (which might I add gave me a "Failure to Deliver message : Address Nonexistant" reply) oh well... the others will catch on or they'll get burned in the end im sure.
