They PR'd they had merged.

Mike Kendrick was the CEO of NHSH after he said he had merged.

And then he changed his mind after he had taken our money.

documents or other proof that Mineseekers never
merged with NHSH?

If so... Are you also publicly stating that the Following
information contained in a FORM 8-K
signed by Mr. Jeffrery DiGenova dated
October 11, 2011 is not correct?

Section 5 Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.01 Change in Control of Registrant.

On September 23, 2011, NHS entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with shareholders of Mineseeker Operations Overseas Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation, wherein NHS agreed to a tax-free share exchange pursuant to which Mineseeker shall be a wholly-owned subsidiary of NHS. The parties closed the transaction on Friday, October 7, 2011.

Mr FritZ are you further publicly stating that you possess
documentation or other proof that the following FORM 8-K
dated October 11, 2011, signed by Mr Jeffrey DiGenova
and filed with the United States S.E.C. contains statements that
are less than accurate and true?

PS.. MAYbe Many people made financial decisions and
Investments based on the accuracy of information contained
in the above indicated FORM 8-K. MAYbe be good
idea to Think about ramifications of your answer before you
