Wrong, accumulation occurs as a stock is forming a base, like suti has been doing for about 10 days in the 4-6 range.

"The LONG BASE pattern is a period of churning and consolidation during which the stock is being accumulated"
and
"It appears as a rectangle with a price line bouncing up and down between the upper and lower limits."

It's accumulation when it goes up. It's accumulation when it goes down.

Why I am debating this, I have no clue.
